Applying:
First of all, you need to make sure you have read all of the necessary
reading on the website. In addition we also suggest that you review
some of the accepted applications on the cast page and skim through
them, to get an idea of what we are looking for. After that, head
down to the applications page and download a copy of the application.
Don’t forget to read all of the footnotes! Take your time
with the character and make sure every section is filled.
After a proofread or two, go to the forum located here.
You will then have to read over the read me topic in the forum,
which includes the rules of submissions as well as instructions
on how to apply there. After you have submitted it just sit back,
chill, and wait for the verdict. Remember, if you need any help,
just go to the forums and we will only accept web pages through
the forum.
Reviewing Your Application:
First and foremost the review process starts with YOU. If you did
everything that was outlined above we should be able
to go onto the next step. For example, if you submit the application
to us in the wrong format, via e-mail, or any other nonsense we
specifically explained not to do on the application and the website,
this will terminate you from consideration immediately. After you
have jumped that first hurdle, the council will look over your application.
The council will then write their own review on the boards, located
on a private forum that only moderators can see. They will point
out things they liked about the application, things that they did
not like, and concerns that thy may have for the character. There
may even be a discussion included on the review as well. When the
review is complete, the GM will copy down all the information and
put it onto a .txt document. The document will be uploaded onto the website on the results page and you will be sent your own copy via e-mail.
You are not to reply to this e-mail. If you have any questions
or comments about it, feel free to do so on the forum. Failure to
comply will result in blacklisting, temporary ban, or scrapping
of your application regardless of your verdict.
